What is so important about Lincoln Alexander becoming the first black Lieutenant-Governor in Canada?
Lincoln ALexander was the first black Lieutenant-GOvernor of Canada. Honestly, what was the big deal? Why was this so important to Canadian history and Canada itself? WHat did he do?|||if his skin colour is the only thing that makes him newsworthy, then it is indeed a problem- not for him, but for the journalists. I would have expected the journalists to have higher standards.
