How do I remove the metal retainer on the winshield of my 1950 Lincoln?

The 1950 Lincoln has two seperate windows in front. The passenger side leaks water at the top when it rains. I want to remove the metal retainers and put black Silicone sealant where it leaks.|||i believe there are clips that hold it on under neath you might be able to get it them with a screw driver but they do have a special tool i got mine at advanced auto|||You could use a grinder with a metal cutting blade.|||dunno..sorry...just need the 2 points...
